NT4 Print Drivers on 2000 Server

I have a Windows 2000 file and print server and clients using NT4 Workstation. The Server is installed with drivers for the HP4050 PCL 6 which supports both NT and 2000. Users on NT are unable to change basic settings on the driver such as choosing landscsape or the paper tray. If they try and print in landscape all the margins are screwed up.
