NT4 & Win2k DomainTrust Relationship

Hi All
When I try to have NT4 domain be the “trusting” domain to the win2k “trusted” domain, I get the following error on the win2k domain when I try to verify:
“The secured Channel (SC) query on on to failed with error: Access is denied”

I enter the correct admin & password info for the NT4 domain when I try to verify on the w2k domain

Could someone help me in understanding what the problem is or might be?
