NT40 enterprise edition license problem

Is there anyway to increase the number of licenses on NT Enterprise Edition without having to reinstall? Can I run the NT upgrade or something? I have the MSDN subscription so I have everything I might need.

Don’t ask how or why, but I was loading a temporary box with NT in order to bring the other one down for some hardware upgrades and I loaded the Enterprise edition instead.

Anyway, everything went fine except, I only have 10 licenses, because I loaded the enterprise edition instead of the actual 4.0 OS system. It lets me go in to license manager and change the the number of licenses to 100, but it won’t actual take the change.
