NT4.0 workstation sp6a(Norton Antivirus)

Nt4.0 Sp6a Workstation, I am loading Norton internet security login under administrator,
Everything working ok under admin account. But under user account I cannot run update, Because of the error(User do not have rights)
But when I try to copy the admin profile to the user profile I get the error(Ntuser file having a sharing violations)Thx in advance.
