NT4Server & Macs No Security

I have Macs and PCs on my NT4 Server. The macs use normal logon rules with user and password. They can also use the guest account which gives them full access to the shared Raid without a user name or password. The guest account on the server will not disable. How can I stop the Macs from logging on this way?
