NTFS Partition on 30 GiG hard Disk

In a dual boot system, containing two fat 16 partitions, one each for Win 98 and Win NT 4.0 and a fat 32 partition hidden from Win NT, can I create a NTFS partition on the same
hard disk and hide that partition from Win 98?
