NTKERN.VXD

I keep getting an error message unable to load ndsi.vxd and ntkern.vxd / I have an old 486 333mh processer with windows98 trying to use my usb to transfer files to my new computer with a anthlon processer windows ME / In my old computer the control pannel sys shows that device isn’t working. I have tried everything but can’t get it to work. Even trying to reinstall windows98. Please help if you can. Thanks Charles Veirs
