NTLDR

Where do I find NTLDR file in windows 2000. I try to create boot disk with setup files but I can’t find any of them on my C:\. Also I do have all the option set to see all hidden or sytem files.
I can copy form windows cd rom but just curious how to copy directly from different computer in case NTLDR is missing.

thanks
