NTVDM.EXE

ON NT SERVER 4.0, I have a problem with installing an application, Equity Edge 4.1 (I previously have this application installed, but need to add a module), the initial setup runs, but when I try to install a database module (create new database), the NTVDM.EXE starts and takes up 100% of CPU resources and hangs there and never goes any further….I’ve waited for a while (15 or so minutes), but to no avail. I’ve tried to stop certain process and services, still the same. Equity edge runs on Oracle database, and I also have MSSQL server on the same machine, they say there should be no conflicts between the two.It’s been running concurrently for almost 9 months, and still is. I’ve checked out Microsoft Knowledgebase, cannot find anything helpful. Thanks in advance for your help.
