Num Lock + Cap Lock + Scroll Lock Blink

Non-stop blinking from Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock LEDs and can’t turn them off.

Three (3) servers sharing one keyboard and one monitor occupying a Cybex SwitchView switching device but unable to access any machines.

The screen indicates the computer is “in use” or “locked” and to press CTRL-ALT-DEL. Keyboard is unresponsive. How do you “unlock” the systems?
