O/S Menu

My main opperating system is Windows 98, I installed Win2 on another partition and then removed it to try out Windows XP. This has crashed on me and I can’t start it up even in safe mode, it is giving me a PCI.SYS error on a blue screen when it tries to start. Now I want to remove it, which is no problem, but how do I remove the “Which opperating system to start Menu”. If for some reason I have to restart and forget to stay with the computer it will try to start Windows XP, The next one down isWindows 2000, and the last is Windows 98. I would like to remove the two first entries, How do I do it please?
