ODBC Data Source

Hi,

I wish to ask about the ODBC Data Source.
When I go to WINNT Control Panel and clcik on the ODBC option, nothing comes out. Normally the ODBS System Administrator screen will appears but i try few times, it still doesn’t comes out.

Pleaselet me know is there any other way for me to open the ODBC data Source.
