Currently I faced ODBS for my WINNT .
I receive below error message when I clcik on the TRACING options in ODBC DATA SOURCE ADMINISTRATOR.
error message:
THE ODBC RESOURCE DLL (C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\odbcint.dll) is a diffrent version than the ODBC driver manager (C”\WINNT\SYSTEM32\ODBC32.DLL)
YOU NEED TO REINSTALL THE ODBC COMPONENTS TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION.
PRESS OK TO PROCESSD, CANCEL TO ABORT.
I try to find the odbcint.dll and found the version is 3.0 and the version of the odbc32.dll is 3.5 .
I don’t know why the version will different and how to make both same version.
Questions:
1)How can I reinstall the ODBC components ?
2)After i unintall the Service Pack 5, i try to click the ODBC , nothing comes out . I install the service Pack again and it works.
Why this happens ?
