ODBC Data Sources (32bit) Icon

How to restore the ODBC Data sources icon ? It is missing in Control Panel of W95.
On one of my W95 PCs, when click on the ODBC Data Sources icon in Control Panel, nothing happens, the ODBC Data Source Administrator is not pop up.
