ODBC driver problem in IIS

We have set up a new NT 4.0 Server with IIS 4 to copy over our existing website. The old server is also IIS 4 and Windows NT 4. However, once copied over the backend databases on the web site refuse to function. The databases are also on the same computer not SQL. On both machines we have installed Msdac 2.5 however, ODBC driver errors continue. Any ideas?
