OEM information and bitmap in Windows XP

I would like to change the bitmap and information that is shown on the General tab when you go to System Properties. This used to be done in 98 by modifying the files oem.inf and oem.bmp in the Windows system folder. These are no longer present in XP, and adding them does not seem to work either. What files are used to customize the OEM bitmap and info in XP?
