Office 2000 Netfolders

I have netfolders installed on 4 machines in the office. We are using a Cisco Router. The machines are 98 SE.

I need to know why when i send the invitation, there is not accept or Decline button in the email. I tried sending the emails in RichText and in Plain text. Any Ideas??
