Office XP and clipart

When trying to insert clip art into any document (word, Excel, Publisher) I get the following error:

Microsoft Clip Organizer
Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation

Class not registered. Error code 0x80040154

I have tried detect andrepair and uninstalling and reinstalling.

Any suggestions
