Office xp Clip organiser not working

Clip gallery does not work in office XP.
it has been replaced with clip organiser,
but when i try to use clip organiser by adding all my clips to clip organiser it says its done but when i type in a word and search there r hardly ony clips not like when i use clip gallery
what am i doing wrong
please help
