Office2k Photo Ed Win2k Compatibility

Anyone been able to get Photo Editor to work for a Restricted User in w2k pro standalone? After Full install as admin. Everything else works(word,excel,ppoint etc), and is all ok for Admin & Power user but not for Restricted! JPEG anf GIff file registration also goes Kaput. Have to repoint to Imager.

Microsoft is of no help, (Phone calls & web SRZ010715000156 in case msft is watching ) I’ve had a request into them for weeks O2k support blames W2k, W2k support blames O2k and they all blame Dell?! since it was a OEM W2k?
