Offline files

Scenario: 5 PC’s at home, running winxp and one with win98 (acts as a file server where all files are kept). All WinXP machines have offline files enabled. 3 PC’s including the Win98 file server moved to another state. I am left with 2 machines both running WinXP and offline files enabled without any server to sync up with.

Now my question is, is it possible to sync the 2 machines that is left with me (a laptop and desktop) and with my laptop, when I go home out of state, then I can syncthat with my file server (win98).

Is there a way to sync remotely…like say using GoToMyPC?
