Offline webpages

Is there an easy way to set up offline webpages on a network consisting mainly of Windows NT Workstation, with a few W95/W98 machines thrown in?

The windows 98 users can make local copies of websites. I’ve been asked to look at ways of having 2 or 3 sites stored locally so that all users can get access to them locally.

If possible, to extend the request, they’d like us to be able to ‘archive’ perhaps weekly so that they can go back to several older ‘versions’ of the pages.

As you probably guessed – a free or very cheap solution would be preferred!
