Old computers in Net Neighborhood

I have recently been remaning the Computer Names of the PC’s on our network. We have 9 computers of Win95, Win98, Win98SE, and WinME all within the same workgroup. After remaning them all, I still see 2 residual named computers within the workgroup. If I try to view them I get a “Not accessable” error stating that the share name could not be found. All 9 PC’s new names are visible in the Network Neighborhood. Is there some sort of cache file or such that one of the computers is broadcasting an old version of? If so, how do I tell it to refresh itself?
