Old Outlook files on another drive

My C: HD crashed so I replaced it with another, loaded XP and then Office 2003. I connected my old HD so that it is now G:. I would like to get my Outlook data (e.g. contacts, calendar) from the Outlook on the G: dirve. I have looked at G: and found several .pst files but they are from 2005. I have also found the Outlook.exe on G: and started it but it uses the files on C:. How can I get it to look at G: Outlook data instead so I can save that data as a .pst file?
