Old users cannot login.

I have just installed new workstations into a classroom running Win2000 Professional, the server is still running WinNT 4.0. The problem is users cannot login using their old accounts. New accounts that have been created on the server after the new workstations were installed can login, yet the old accounts work on the old PC’s. I don’t want to have to create new accounts for everyone unless absolutely necessary.
