I need to fix a old scoot computer I tried
reinstalling windows 3.1 one but it is out of memory and i tried to wipe the hard drive but it is write protced how do i fix it and upgrade windows to win 95 but it has no cd rom drive it only has a 3 1/2 floopy and a old 5 1/2
