OLE 5.0 – DBX Files why can’t I view ?

I wiped and reloaded my Outlook Express and when I put the files back in that I put on my desktop to store until ready to put back into OLE 5.0 I can not read them or put them back into my new Outlook Express.Is there anyway I can get to use these files again?
