OLE registration

How do you add a program to the OLE registration? I have a couple of PC’s that I need a specific image software registered in the OLE so that Access can use that program in a report that I created. Right now access is only showing the “image icon”on the report and I need it t o show the image. So far as I can tell this problem is effecting access 2.0, 97, 2000. Please Help.
