One user login

I have a network of Win2K clients on a Win NT 4.0 domain. I have one PC that I would like to allow only one user to access and no one else, but still allow them to use other PC’s.
Right now everyone can login withtheir username on any PC. but one Ionly want one person to be able to login, can/how can I do this.
