One view of Master Domain

I have a Master Domain model with the name of ex: Mdomain_NT. There are 3 BDCs in Mdomain_NT and 5 sub-domains (ex: mdomain2_nt mdomain3_nt). In Network Neighborhood, when I open Mdomain_NT I see the BDCs.. When I open the sub-domain mdomain2_nt,I see the NT server in the the sub-domain. Is there a way I can open the Master Domain and see all the servers that are in the master domain and the sub-domains with one view?? The server for Mdomain_nt is also the WINS server. I was told to register the sub-domain PDC IP address as a static is Wins, but this did not work. Maybe I did it wrong.!
