One XP pc will not browse internet

Hey I have 5 XP machines in my LAN. All 5 lease IP addresses from a DHCP server which also provides their DNS addresses as well. Now 4 of the systems will connect to the network and surf the web but one will not! It’s crazy! I can see the other nodes on the LAN but can’t surf even though ipconfig /all shows the correct DNS addresses and DHCP server! I’ve even tried entering the addresses in statically and I still can’t browse the web. Why will only one machine not browse the web?
