Online Archive on Mac – Office 365

Okay so I have a interesting question:

One of our users just upgraded to the latest version of Office 365 (downloaded from the portal on 12/10/2020) from Office 2016.

Under the standard view, the Online Archive folder is present as well as on the OWA, however, as soon as the theme is changed to “New Outlook”, the folder goes missing….

Anyone experience this before?

Maybe it’s just a setting somewhere that I am missing
