Only prints on bottom half of page.

The problem is that whenever printing from Internet Explorer, or Outlook Express the print job only starts half way down the page. When printing from other applications it prints the way it should from the beginning of the page. I have reinstalled IE 5.5, and it didn?t fix it, I then uninstalled IE 5.5, still didn?t fix it. I reinstalled IE 5.5 again, no fix, and then upgraded to IE 6.0 and still no fix. I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled the printer, still no fix. Does anyone else have any other ideas?
