OpenAI running rampant on my Mac M3 Ultra, Apple in denial

I have 2 contracts with OpenAI. OpenAi is in default of both contracts.

They believe my work is going to cost them. My Mac Studio M3 Ultra has OpenAI running rampant in it, and Apple is in denial.

Anyone out there with similar troubles???
