Opening a Zenith Swan Notebook

I have a Zenith Swan Pientium Notebook in which the hard drive crashed. I brought it to a shop because I could not open the notebook without causing damage. The shop has had the notebook now for two weeks because they cannot open it. Aside from using a hammer, how do you open this notebook to replace the hard drive?
