I have a user who has an odd issue with opening html emails within outlook.
Description: When the user receives an email formatted in HTML the email dose not display properly. Text is missing, images are missing or it my not display at all. If the user right clicks on the email and selects the Edit option the user can then view the entire email with all of the text and graphics displayed. If the user forwards the email the user can also see the email in its entirety. Others users through out the company who have the same PC set up dot not have any issue with the same html emails. What has been tried. 1. Uninstall Office 2000. 2. Reload Office 2K full install. 3. Install O2K SP1. 4. Load IE 6 sp1 128bit. Results negative. PC config. Win98SE, 500 MHz, 128MB RAM, 10GB HD free,
