Opinion and Info: Blackberry Devices

I have two executives in my company who are about to greatly increase their traveling. In light of this they need to get to their emails during the day and they prefer to not lug around laptops.

One suggested Blackberry (which I have little experience with) as an alternative.

Keep in mind neither of these execs are all that tech savvy they know things exist because they see ads on TV or someone told them about it.

What is the best, most reliable and user friendly device I should look into for mobile email retrieval?
