Just when you think you’ve reached peak efficiency in the enterprise, another package comes along to tantalize you with the possibility of greater savings and more streamlined processes. Oracle has integrated its own Grid Control component with its Application Manager into a do-it-all suite (http://www.enterpriseappspipeline.com/46800326) that promises to monitor business apps, aggregate performance stats, diagnose problems, and repair them (I think it will also program your VCR, but you’ll have to check the white paper). What has your experience with Oracle been like?
