Oracle Uninstall

I was running Personal Oracle 8i under NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6a. After using Oracle’s uninstall utility, I have 482 Mb of garbage left and at least dozens of Oracle references in the registry. I would like to completely clean it from my machine. Would it be safe to simply delete the garbage and the registry entries? Regclean might have helped, but apparently MS has deleted it from the MS site. Anyone know where to get this?
