OS Failure

Hello, today I came home to find my sister completely shuttind down Windows when It was In the middle of Error-Checking (Not In desktop, but before actual load). And usually when someone does something like that you have the worst case scenario. This has happened to me twice dangit… Well heres what hapens:

Every time I try choose an option (Safe Mode, Recovery, Normal), since windows didn’t shutdown properly, It shows the usual load In screen with the windows logo and the loading icon, then it freezes and restarts the computer, thIs will loop endlessely. Please help! also I don’t have my original WIndows XP disc.
