Out of Memmory,Job Canceled

OS – NT-4.0 workstation
when i want to create a file say ppp.pdf
in Majic Apps,logged on by a user say ppc1
this ppp.pdf file is not created and shwoing
the message “Out of memory,Job Canceled”
but if logged on as ‘Administrator’,then it is created perfectly.
What i have done
1. have given ‘FULL CONTROL’ to user
2. Virtual Memory increased to 100 MB.

Please help me for this problem
