Out of Office rule

I?m trying to redirect all my e-mail to a personal account. In Tools->Out of Office Wizard I said I was out of office, creat a rule that redirect everything to another account outside may Exchange2000, and it DID NOT WORK!!!!

My exchange is in English and all Outlook portuguese!!!

Can anybody help me???
