Outlook 2000

Hi experties,
I need an answer ASAP about one of my user problem. Here is a problem:
Everytime she opens her calendar and the outlook is freezing. I notice that the CPU usage 100% each time she cliks on the calendar. Any idea and how to fix this. Greatly appreciate.
