Outlook 2000

I am getting the error included below, although I can ping by name and ip the mail
server, this W2K laptop is part of the same
domain as the exchange 5.5 server.
“The microsoft exchange address book was unable to log on to the ms exchange server
computer. Contact your net admin.”
