Outlook 2000 not running on XP Pro

I’m running XP pro. With it I’m running under appl inlcuding Office 2000 and Exchange Server 5.0 for aministration purposes. I upgraded to Exch svr 5.5 and now my Outlook isn’t working. I did a uninstall and reinstall but no luck. Any ideas??
