Outlook 2000 & Outlook Express

I have some problems with my E-Mail when it’s take FREEZE or HANG UP everytimes and I force to shut down and then restart again. Why it’s happens with Outlook2000 & Outlook Express has always Freeze or Hang all times? Can you explain and where can Iget through with this? And I need to get Rid of Freeze & Hang and where????
