Outlook 2000 ruling Problem

Hello sir,
1)Here we are using Microsoft Outlook 2000.In outlook if i want to make a rule in this fasion.For example.What ever i received through any site i want to forward to my other guys and one copy move or copy to other dirctory.

2)How do iupdate my rules wizard. Is there any update for rules. If it is there can u send me the links.
