Outlook 2000 Security Patch

What is the recommended method (or workaround) for creating and sending emails, using the Outlook 2000 object model, if the email security patch is installed, and I want to prevent the user from being bothered with the popup message warning that VBAis trying to send emails on the user’s behalf?

This message box pops up on each outgoing message that has been generated programmatically.

I have an Access database and I am calling Outlook to generate broadcast email messages from a table of contacts in Access.
