Outlook 97/98 in NT Profiles

Do I have to set up different profiles on the NT’s for the users using that box or can I use the Microsoft Outlook default profile and adapt it per user that logs into an NT machine.

I am having some problems upgrading to 98. The mapi32.dll hasto be renamed every time and reinstall Outlook (over and over). This is my first time to work with Outlook and NT and we have 60 users. i want to make sure it’s set up right. I’ve had no problems in 97, but lots with the 98 upgrade.
