Outlook 97 with W2k server

I have installed Outlook 97 on a W2K server so that it can be used by a client using terminal services.

When I try to run Outlook either from a terminal service client or from the server itself the application begins to open, hangs for 10 secons and the closes leaving no trace or error messages.

The sever is running terminal services in application server mode.

I have no idea why it is doing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
